What You’ll Do
🎯 Feature Testing
- Test new features and call quality to ensure flawless functionality.
🧪 Testing & QA
- Rigorously evaluate voice flows across multiple scenarios.
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and failure points before they reach our customers.
- Maintain detailed logs of test results and reported issues.
💡 Prompt Optimization
- Review and suggest adjustments to voice prompts to enhance comprehension.
- Handle edge cases and improve fallback responses for a seamless user experience.
🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with prompt engineers, product engineers, and UX designers.
- Help iterate on product features and implement fixes efficiently.
📄 Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for voice flows, test cases, and resolved issues.
